This equipment adopts specialized hard gear reducer for extrusion machine, and the screw stem is made from the best 38CrMOAIA alloyed steel processed with nitrogen treatment, material feeding-in section is hard alloy steel surface, long durability and operating life.

01TECHNICAL

Adopts best screw stem of good abradability, ample extrusion, it has good mixing result and long operation life.

Cooling system is circular water channel, the water tank is made from stainless steel, compact and in good shape, long durability. Pulsating pump adopts XGB series air swirl pump, strong suction, dewater clean, low power consumption.

The pelletizor adopts best hard alloy hobbing cutter, sharp and strong, clean cutting; 3 KW electromagnetic speed-adjustable motor driven in precise speed,even rotation.

The filter changing system is made from 38CrMOAIA alloy steel meticulous process, nitrogen treatment, grinding. It is hydraulic driven, strong moment strength, constant speed, and fast filter changing.
