The voltage output is adjustable from 0-70V. The cutting frame is equipped with 20 heating wires so it can cut 20 identical patterns or characters at the same time.

01MAIN FEATURES

The machine has a stroke protection function. When the movement stroke exceeds the specified stroke, the device automatically stops, and also has functions such as power-off memory, reverse cutting and rotation, mirror symmetry, and gap compensation.

The main frame of the cutting machine is welded by square tube and section steel, with strong structure; the supporting bar is made of high-strength bakelite and can be adjusted at will.

Working procedure: This is a fully-automatic and continuous cutting line which can process 5 blocks together at the same time.

01SPECIAL DIFFERENTIATE

The block will be cut horizontally in the first station, then transferred to the next station for vertical cutting, then transferred to cross cutting station. The end is products collection.

The machine has a whole-block cutting system to improve the production efficiency and size precision which is suitable for wall panel cutting.Multifunctional EPS Foam Cutting Machine is With automatic wire setting system to set cutting wire automatically for different cutting sizes.
