Automatic PID adjusting and control system, temperature sensor automatic feedback. PID steam and compressed air automatic adjusting to achieve different steam temperature for different density requirement. Temperature tolerance is ±0.2℃, temperature remain stable. It achieves constant temperature and constant pressure foaming, ensure the foamed beads density evenly, foaming accuracy ±1%.

01LOW TOLERANCE

Ⅰ. The machine includes pre-expander, drying bed, high-pressure feeding fan, screw conveyor, material silo and all other necessary parts.

Ⅱ. It is controlled by PLC system and it has touch screen which can realize a full automatic cycle operation of material feeding, steam feeding, temperature controlling, foaming and discharging.

01ACCURATE CONTROL SYSTEM

Ⅰ. This machine can be matched with drying bed to realize a continuous operation of drying.

Ⅱ. Adopts Germany valves, Taiwan Solenoid valves and all electrical parts are from Japan and Korea to feed weight and another relevant parameters according to different material type and different density.
