The accurate control of steam pressure is a key factor of production efficiency.Currently, most of Chinese machines are made of small pipe & valves, thus highpressure steaming has to be used.





Energy saving machines equip big pipelines and valves, which allows low pressure and big flow of steam while moulding. Enough steam canbe supplied in an instant to reduce cycle time and provide excellent production condition.

Central vacuum system with efficient energy recycling system can reduce the consumption of vacuum andshorten the vacuum cooling period greatly by making the high temperature demolding achievable.




Vacuum cooling is used as main cooling instead of water cooling to keep the consumption reduced and water content of products at a low level. Energy saving and working efficiency can be achieved in the same time.





Anti-corrosive primer and finishing coat can greatly improve to ensure anticorrosion performance and lengthen machine’s working life.
