So it has the characteristics of lightweight, which is only 1/16 weight of the brick and concrete structure.It can significantly reduce the vertical load of the building structure and reduces building weight and project cost.

01PRODUCT DETAILS

Wall panel is Lightweight and energy-saving composite, Which is made of industrial waste fly ash, slag, ceramics, cement and EPS foam particles as the main raw materials.

 

 

 

Use three ball valves to control steam, saving 20% steam comparing to traditional one main valve system.

 

 

 

01CONTROL SYSTEM

The production process is simple, the cost is low, and the economic benefits are considerable.the project is stressed to wall lightweight, high strength, thermal insulation, waste utilization, energy conservation and other functions.

 

 

The casting cylinder head, complicated pipe fittings, shell, housing, engine block etc are available in various  industries, such as engineering machinery, textile machinery, building automobile production.

 

 

 

01FILLING SYSTEM

The process is assembling the foam patterns which has same size and shape with casting into cluster, after coating and drying, embedded into the dry sand and compacted by vibration table, the pouring under negative pressure to decompose the pattern, after solidification – the casting is formed. 

 

 

 

The implementation of the project is imperative. The panel can meet the requirements of the modern building standard.
