The voltage output is adjustable from 0-70V. The cutting frame is equipped with 20 heating wires so it can cut 20 identical patterns or characters at the same time.

01MAIN FEATURES

Apply converter speed governing, which makes stable moving, and large range of step-less speed governing accordingly. Guide-rail drive makes cutting trim and flat. It applies motor-decelerator integrating system, which lowers the noise, has high practical value.

Equipped with 3KW transformer and adjustable power the output ranges from 0 to 70V under electrical control.Voltage adjustment adopts 10kva multi-tapped special transformer for adjustment with wide adjustable range and multiple gears.

The machine adopts frequency control, the cutting movement is stable, the speed adjustment is large range from 0-2m/min stepless control. It can achieve slow-speed cutting and fast cutter-retract.CNC EPS cutting machines is a special cutting machine which is for complex shapes of EPS products,This kind of cutter has one or several cutting lines for different production request.

01SPECIAL DIFFERENTIATE

The machine adopts stepping motor, the movement is stable, free speed regulation. It is suitable for cutting special graphics which requires non-stop shifting. The mechanical control is accurate to 0.5mm.

Drived by ball screw &stepper motor, increase cutting accuracy.Frequency control of motor speed,suitable for various density.Wire break detection system is optional
