EPS Pre-foaming Machine

We manufacture our styrofoam expander machine with the principle of high quality, high efficiency. The original particles which produced by this machine are uniform and the foam has good fluidity. Even more, there is no bad smell when pre-forming and molding and the EPS pre-expander meets the food-grade requirements and can safely contact daily necessities. Finally, the cells are even and fine, and the appearance of the product is bright and flat.

01LOW TOLERANCE

Ⅰ. Adopt METTLER TOLEDO weight sensor & controller to get high accuracy for material weight control and have separating screw loader support so that there won’t be any shake to weighting sensor.

Ⅱ. Pressure Reduction Valve is used to keep the steam pressure steady and PID System with Germany Burkert Valve is adopted to insure the pressure inside chamber.

01ACCURATE CONTROL SYSTEM

Ⅰ. All process including filling, expanding, sieving, grinding and conveying works automatically and the setting result can be saved freely and easily to be output during next cycle, improving the working efficiency as much as possible.

Ⅱ. Adopts Germany valves, Taiwan Solenoid valves and all electrical parts are from Japan and Korea to feed weight and another relevant parameters according to different material type and different density.
