01MAIN FEATURES

It cuts the big foam block into small size with electricity hot wire, can cut in 2 directions: Horizontal and vertical.

With functions of parameters memory while fail of electricity; reverse cutting and rotating, mirror symmetry; clearance compensation, etc.

EPS cutting machine adopts vibration cutting in horizontal, vertical and broken cutting respectively, which can complete the cutting after the modified benzene plate is wrapped with flame retardant, at the same time, it can reduce the incision and increase the flatness;

The machine applies converter speed governing, which makes stable moving,and large range of step-less speed governing accordingly. Guide-rail drive makes cutting trim and flat.It applies motor-decelerator integrating system, which lowers the noise, has high practical value.

The machine uses frequency stepless speed regulation, easy to adjust, rail transmission products cutting flat, the motor reducer integration, low noise and practical.
