Integral molding and non-integral molding are two different manufacturing processes. One-step molding is to put the foamed PC shell and foam material into the molding machine to form the product at one time. Non-integral molding is to form foam first, and then absorb plastic PC or PVC blister shells on the foam.
The integrated helmet has strong toughness and strength, which is good for head protection. When encountering danger, the helmet should be deformed first and then broken, which can effectively resolve the force of the head hitting the ground and protect the head.
The entire helmet is stamped and formed in one go. The whole helmet is a whole without any connection. Compared with impact resistance, it is safer to protect the head.
