1. Strictly control the ratio of stock solution to injection volume
Control of black material ratio, polyether and cyclopentane. When the total injection amount is constant, when the proportion of carbon black is too large, cavitation will occur. Soft vesicles appear when the proportion of white matter is too large. When the proportion of cyclopentane is too large, foam will occur. When the ratio of black and white is out of balance, the mixture will not be uniform and the foam will shrink.
The injection volume should meet the process requirements. When the injection amount is lower than the process requirements, the foam density is low, the strength is low, and even void filling occurs. When the injection volume is greater than the process requirements, air bubbles and air bubbles will appear, which will deform the valve body (valve body).
2. The temperature control of polyurethane EPS foaming machine is one of the keys to solve the cavitation problem.
When the temperature is too high, the reaction is not easy to control. It is not difficult to see that the performance of the bubble pool injected into the large box is not uniform. The air bubbles start to react with the chemical fluid and the viscosity increases rapidly. The bubbling liquid cannot be pushed into the front of the tank, and the tank is partially cavitated.
The foaming temperature should be controlled at 18-25°C before foaming. The temperature of the preheating furnace of the foaming equipment is controlled at 30-50°C, and the temperature of the foam mold is controlled at 35-45°C.
When the foaming temperature is too low, the fluidity of the bubble system is poor, the curing time is long, the reaction is insufficient, and bubbles are formed. When the foaming temperature is too high, the plastic lining will be deformed and the air bubble system will react violently. Therefore, the temperature of the foaming mold and the ambient temperature of the foaming furnace must be strictly controlled.
Especially in winter, the foam must be preheated for more than 30 minutes on the foam mold, preheating furnace, furnace body and door body. After foaming for a period of time in summer, the foaming system must be cooled in summer.
