1. The origin of the module

Second, the innovation of EPS module
1. The EPS module adopts fully automatic computer-controlled integrated production, one-time high-temperature vacuum forming, and completes the shrinkage deformation process, ensuring stable quality and accurate geometric dimensions of the produced products.
2. The unique cast-in-place concrete system has overcome many problems of the building wall, and solved the common problems of engineering quality such as hollowing, cracking, falling off of the external insulation layer of the building, and dampness, cold penetration, and condensation on the inner wall, which greatly improves the quality of the building. Improves the durability of the outer insulation layer. The energy saving of the wall is more than 90%, which is higher than the 75% energy saving standard in the “Green Building Standard” implemented by the country on January 1, 2015, and the thermal insulation layer and the structural wall have the same life.
Third, the security of the module
The entire building is made of reinforced concrete, which is a reinforced concrete shear wall structure that can be used for buildings with an earthquake-resistant intensity not greater than 8 degrees after structural calculation. The fire resistance level of EPS module is B1. If the wall is compounded with vitrified microbeads or tiled, the fire resistance can reach A level, and the safety performance is better. (The norm is that rooms with open flames are rated A, such as kitchens.)
The plates on both sides act as formwork during the construction process. After the construction is completed, they serve as the thermal insulation layer, and the reinforced concrete wall in the module cavity. The 13CM C25 reinforced concrete wall is equivalent to the strength of the 80CM brick wall.
4. Why can modular houses be warm in winter and cool in summer?
The inner and outer insulation layers of the EPS module are 12CM and 30Kg/m³, and the thermal conductivity is only 0.033W/(m.k). A 25CM thick wall is equivalent to a 1.4M thick brick wall (0.39W/(m.k) thermal insulation effect. So as long as we live in our modular house normally, the indoor temperature will not be lower than in winter without any heating equipment 16°C, and the heat emitted by the human body and electrical appliances is added to the sunlight during the day, these heat energy will be evenly distributed in our room. In summer, open the window in the morning to ventilate, and use curtains to block the sunlight at noon, and the indoor temperature will not exceed 26℃. Our module walls have no hot and cold bridges, so they are not frozen in winter, and not exposed to sunlight in summer.
