ETPU is polyurethane thermoplastic expanded particles (referred to as ETPU beads or ETPU particles). It is TPU particles that swell like "popcorn" after being pre-heated under pressure; , The volume has increased by 10 times, so an oval non-crosslinked foamed particle ETPU containing micro-closed bubbles is formed, which looks like popcorn. It not only has excellent elasticity, but also provides superior rebound effect and cushioning performance.

01ADVANTAGE

The accurate control of steam pressure is a key factor of production effience. We tried on products increasing steam pressure by only 0.02 bar, however the cooling time was increased by 100s. Currently, most of Chinese machines are made of small pipe & valves, thus highpressure steaming has to be used.

Machines equip big pipelines and valves, which allows low pressure and big flow of steam while moulding. Enough steam can be supplied in an instant to reduce cycle time and provide excellent production condition.

ETPU children’s protective runway system is mainly composed of ELASTAN C 8004 C-B,polyurethane thermoplastic foamed particles ETPU buffer layer and EPDM color rubber particles, which has excellent cushioning effect.
Multi-spots heating realizes most equal distribution of steam in the mold chamber.
Fully digital PID control to control energy consumption precisely.
The steam chamber adopts unique thermal insulation material to realize mold cavities’ insulation.
