EPS batch pre-expander machine have good design in piping system to get even steaming and even venting. At steam pipe entry, we use Japanese pressure reducing valve to ensure stable pressure steam some to machine. We use four steam inlet pipes evenly distributed at the bottom of expansion chamber, also we use four vent pipes for evenly venting, which enables same pressure everywhere in the expansion chamber
The machine after conveying, material goes to weighing system, so every batch input material is the same weight.
Pressure Reduction Valve is used to keep the steam pressure steady and PID System with Germany Burkert Valve is adopted to insure the pressure inside chamber.
The main principle is same input material weight, same expansion pressure, same material level to discharge material, so density come also same and even.
Adopts Germany valves, Taiwan Solenoid valves and all electrical parts are from Japan and Korea to feed weight and another relevant parameters according to different material type and different density.
For normal steel, we use thicker material. So our machine is much heavier, and looks much stronger.
