The reason for the vibration and choking of the CNC cutting machine

2022.05.30

Under normal circumstances, the CNC cutting system automatically processes the parts to be processed, according to the pre-programmed processing program (general drawing software AUTOCAD). By changing the motion trajectory, processing route, displacement, process parameters, cutting parameters (feed amount, spindle revolutions, feed back amount, etc.) and auxiliary functions (tool change, cutting fluid opening, spindle forward rotation, reverse rotation, etc.) Close, etc.), write a processing program sheet according to the instruction code and program format specified by the CNC cutting system, record it on the control medium (such as punched paper tape, magnetic bubble memory, magnetic tape, magnetic disk, etc.), and then input it into the CNC machine tool In the CNC equipment, which guides the machine tool to process the parts.
The problem of CNC cutting machine jitter is often encountered in daily use, and this problem can basically be avoided and solved with the maturity of cutting technology. We start with the speed, because the shaking problem of the cutting machine during the traveling process is actually a speed problem, and the entire adjustment process of the cutting machine speed is completed by the speed regulator. However, the time constant of the speed control mechanism, that is, the integral time constant of the speed control mechanism is also measured in milliseconds, so the servo motion of the CNC cutting machine is a transition and adjustment process.
The choking phenomenon of the CNC cutting machine means that the motor speed is low, and once the speed increases, it vibrates, and the current may cause an overcurrent alarm at this time. This is because the CNC cutting table must have a large acceleration to keep up with the rapid change of the upper limit feedback signal, which is given by the torque of the motor. Torque is a signal of current. The large torque is caused by the large current signal, and the current will change drastically on the current loop, resulting in an overcurrent phenomenon. There is no alarm during oscillation, and an overcurrent alarm occurs when the oscillation increases.
Therefore, for the positioning problem of CNC cutting machine tools, it should start from the position loop, and the speed problem should start from the speed loop. The position ring is to study the size of the part processing, and the accuracy of the part size determines the accuracy of the position ring. Of course, also related to the datum point is the repeatability of the part size, and we will discuss the regression of the datum point later. The question of speed is to study the speed loop and its associated components. For size and position issues, the object of consideration should be the position loop or the relevant part of the position loop.
Wide-width CNC cutting machines often have such problems. The reason is undoubtedly that in order to save costs, manufacturers use less torque in mechanical transmission and less motor current, resulting in insufficient torque and intermittent forward jitter during the advancement of the machine tool. Therefore, it is recommended that buyers must inquire about the power and torque of the motor when purchasing, so as to avoid jitter in future use and affect the normal use of the CNC cutting machine. Cause serious vibration of the equipment during operation, resulting in improper adjustment of guide rail clearance and transmission clearance.
