1. Packaging materials
EPS is a thermoplastic material composed of about 98% air and 2% polystyrene. As the density can be as low as 10-30kg/m3, EPS is currently a very light packaging material. Suitable for fragile products, mechanical parts, electrical appliances, electronics, auto parts and other industries
2. Building materials for exterior wall insulation
EPS buffer material can also be made into EPS insulation board, which is conducive to maintaining room temperature. The reason for choosing external wall insulation is that the heat storage of the wall can make the interior of the wall have a larger layout layer, which is conducive to the stability of the room temperature. When EPS foam is used in the external thermal insulation system, the apparent density must meet the standard requirements of JG149-2003 “External Thermal Insulation System of Exterior Wall with Thin Plastered Foamed Polystyrene Board”, that is, the apparent density is 18-22kg/m3.
At the same time, the main layout of the building can be maintained and the service life of the building can be extended. Since the external insulation layer is placed on the outside of the layout, the deformation stress of the layout caused by temperature changes is reduced, and the corrosion of the layout by harmful substances in the air and ultraviolet rays is reduced.
3. EPS wall material

The design and construction acceptance conform to JGJ/T 420-2017 “Technical Specifications for Application of Polystyrene Module Thermal Insulation Wall”.

4. Decorative line
EPS decorative line is a new type of external wall decorative line and component, which is suitable for EPS and XPS external wall insulation. It can not only reflect the European classical and elegant decoration style, but also ensure that the outer wall of the main building will not produce cold bridge effect. Especially for European-style high-rise buildings, the installation of cement components is difficult, the construction period is long, cracks will appear after a long time, and the durability is poor. EPS decorative line has the advantages of convenient installation, economy and durability. The expanded polystyrene decorative line is mainly made of demoulding B2 fireproof polystyrene, pasted with alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh, and equipped with a special adhesive outer protective layer. Not affected by temperature changes, cold resistance, heat resistance; not affected by humid climate and acid rain.
EPS decorative thread is fireproof and does not emit toxic substances. It is an environmentally friendly and high-quality decorative building material product. The EPS decorative line is cut by computer numerical control, and the production speed is fast. There are various models such as lines, Roman columns, window covers, bucket arches, etc., which can be installed around windows, door eaves, and walls to make the facade of the building more beautiful. Compared with traditional EPS, graphene EPS has higher strength ≥ 0.3MPa, low thermal conductivity ≤ 0.030w/m.k, and reaches B1 level fire resistance. Its series of products fully meet the requirements of low-energy buildings that the country is vigorously developing, and have been applied and demonstrated in prefabricated low-energy buildings.
